Want Your Invoice Paid?
NDIS service providers can email their invoices to invoice@planity.com.au for our accounts team to process. Participants on PACE may take a couple of days longer for the NDIS to release payment. The usual time for providers to receive payment is between 5 – 10 business days from the day we receive the invoice.
